Campus One80
Empowering student leaders who are committed to transforming their campuses with the Gospel,
one life at a time.
Campus One80 was created in 2018 by Dr. Valorie Nordbye with 20 staff on six campuses in New York and Massachusetts. With the grace and guidance of God carrying us through the pandemic, we came out with 40 staff on eight campuses across four different states and an online ministry. Having almost doubled in size during our first five years, we continue to grow with plans to plant more campus ministries and train additional new staff and interns. Valorie Nordbye is currently President Emeritus and is making way for Dr. Carrie Starr to be our new President.
Our Mission
Empowered Leaders, Transformed Campuses
We go where the students are. This means we are present on college campuses, building relationships as we interact with people. Our goal is to have these communities train student leaders, promote justice, and connect students to local churches.

Irresistibly Attractive: Learning to love in all the right ways is about how we connect with people around us, how we live authentically in relationship with others, how we can abandon ego, hypocrisy (virtue signaling/highlight reeling on social media) and superficiality. We’ll talk about how to live in a way that allows you to develop relationships that are genuine, healthy, encouraging and long-lasting. We’ll cover topics like social media, setting boundaries, what intimacy actually means and how Jesus sets the perfect example of the kind of relationship we all want to have with one another.

Campus One80 was a fantastic opportunity during my first 2 years at MCC! Having a common group of people to worship, learn about Jesus, eat dinner, and play games with was awesome. I’m truly thankful for the opportunities to go on retreats and fellowship with other colleges, as well as the opportunity to serve on the worship team!
