Cindy began a new walk with the Lord as she came to faith in her early 30’s. She soon became a youth leader as her children began to attend youth group and served in that capacity until her oldest children entered college. She began filling a need with college students at her church when she took on a role as a young adult leader. Her desire to bring college students on mission trips, host Bible studies, plan retreats, and organize events soon led her to campus ministry at The College at Brockport. She has been working alongside her husband, Tom, since 2001 as a campus minister there. One of Cindy’s biggest passions is organizing mission trips and service projects for the students, and she has taken them to a variety of locations that range from Mississippi and Florida for hurricane relief to international locations such as Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.

Cindy has four adult children and ten grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with whenever she can!
