Fall Retreat 2023
Stressed? Overwhelmed? Exhausted?
Practical Ways to Cope, Hope, and Endure
Life has been crazy for the whole world. As a college student, you’re busy enough without having to deal with all the extra stress that comes with school and work responsibilities or the weight of people’s expectations. Maybe life has already put you through enough, and you can’t take one more disappointment or tragedy.
We want you to have a weekend of rest and a break from all your stress. On top of the fun of being together at fall retreat, the joy of being surrounded by nature’s beauty and a break from normal life, we want you to come find peace, rest, and the tools to help you endure life’s challenges.
Our flexible weekend schedule will include stress relief electives and three general sessions with Dr. Rebecca Letterman, an experienced educator, coach, mentor, and spiritual director.
This retreat is about making the connection between your spiritual life, mental health and physical wellness. We hope you’ll leave this retreat with some practical ways to manage life’s stresses and struggles.

Campus One80 has provided me a safe space to make good Christian friends on campus and grow my relationships with God and other people. My favorite thing about Campus One80 is their retreats and getting to get away from life and school for a bit and growing spiritually and with the friends I’ve made through Campus One80!
